Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in monitoring protective-signaling system controls and investigating alarm signals transmitted from subscriber premises: Confers with workers to help resolve difficulties encountered during monitoring of system controls and investigation of alarms.

• 2) Monitors system equipment displays, scans system operations reports, and talks to subscribers to ensure that systems operate according to company and subscriber specifications.

• 3) Schedules repair of defective installations and equipment.

• 4) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
