Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in pasteurizing and drying yeast cream and milling and packing yeast for use as food: Examines dried yeast sheet for color and thickness and milled yeast for fineness.

• 2) Trains workers in equipment and machine operation and adjustment.

• 3) Inspects equipment and machines to ensure adherence to sanitary specifications.

• 4) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
