Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembling and packing metal furniture: Assigns tasks to workers based on workflow.

• 2) Monitors work in progress to ensure conformance to set standards and work order specifications.

• 3) Assists workers in performance of duties to solve work problems or reassigns workers to maintain production at specified levels.

• 4) Trains new workers.

• 5) Inspects assembled pieces for conformity to production standards.

• 6) Reroutes defective furniture for reworking.

• 7) Enforces worker adherence to safety standards.

• 8) Examines packaging for furniture to ensure compliance with company standards.

• 9) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
