Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in producing malt from barley: Adjusts controls on steeping tanks, germinating tanks, and drying kilns, following readings on recording charts.

• 2) Coordinates steeping, germinating, and drying operations and evaluates operations against quality control laboratory reports.

• 3) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
