Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembly, inspection, testing, repair, and packing of major household appliances: Assigns duties to workers according to production schedules.

• 2) Reads inspection and test reports to determine nature and cause of appliance defects.

• 3) Recommends designs, tooling, and assembly modifications to increase efficiency or improve product quality.

• 4) Trains workers and resolves employee grievances.

• 5) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
