Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cutting, checking, spotting, mounting, pricing, and packaging film negatives and prints to prepare orders for shipment: Plans and conducts training programs for new workers and to improve skills of experienced workers.

• 2) Inspects work in progress to verify consistency of workers' decisions with company standards.

• 3) Inspects equipment, makes minor adjustments, and confers with maintenance personnel to schedule major repairs.

• 4) Reviews price listings of merchandise and indicates price changes on listings according to instructions from management.

• 5) Requisitions supplies according to worker requirements and records of supplies on hand.

• 6) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.

• 7) May perform duties of subordinates to prevent production lag.
