Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in servicing and promoting shipper accounts for parcel-delivery firm: Reviews records indicating shipper parcel volume, claims for damaged and lost parcels, and deficiencies in parcel preparation for pickup and delivery.

• 2) Discusses service to shippers with assigned representatives to develop plans of service.

• 3) Meets with, or directs representatives to meet with, shippers to resolve problems in wrapping and handling of parcels and relationships between firm's employees and shippers.

• 4) Assigns representatives to solicit prospective accounts.

• 5) Evaluates performance and productivity of workers and reports to management.

• 6) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
