Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning bottle house, and bottling equipment and machines: Trains workers in operation of equipment.

• 2) Observes draining, dismantling, and cleaning of machines, such as bottle washing, can dumping, case unloading, filling, labeling, and pasteurizing machines.

• 3) Examines machines for conformance to cleanliness criteria and standards.

• 4) Reads gauges and thermometers on pasteurizing and bottle washing machines to verify specified operating temperatures.

• 5) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
