Job Description:

• 1) Tends pressurized, steam-heated chambers that age dyed or printed cloth or to set pile fabrics: Pulls cloth over rod of carriage or hooks cloth selvages at intervals on rack hooks to hang cloth in loops on carriages.

• 2) Pushes cloth carriages or racks into steamer and bolts door, using wrench.

• 3) Turns valve to admit steam into steaming chamber.

• 4) Pulls carriages or racks from steamer after specified time.
