Job Description:

• 1) Sprays solution on tanned hides or skins in preparation for further processing or to finish surface of leather, using spray gun: Fills supply tank with specified solution.

• 2) Hangs leather on hooks in spray booth or over rack and sprays solution on leather.

• 3) Examines surface of leather to verify completeness of coverage and places leather on drying rack.

• 4) May mix dyes and chemicals to attain specified color shading.

• 5) May bundle parts for further processing.

• 6) May be designated according to solutions sprayed as Color Sprayer; Dope Sprayer; Final-Coat Sprayer; Gum Sprayer; Oil Sprayer; Seasoning Sprayer.
