Job Description:

• 1) Cures slunk skins in vat of brine solution: Turns valve to fill vat with water and adds salt.

• 2) Places slunk skins in vat and stirs them with pole to ensure complete curing.

• 3) Removes cured skins from vat and rolls them into ball or places them in barrel for shipment.
