Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that compresses moist welding rod coating mix into cylinder-shaped slugs: Dumps mix into forming chamber of slug press, using forklift.

• 2) Presses button to close press and activate ram that automatically forms and ejects slug.

• 3) Slips cellophane bag over slug or places it in container to prevent crusting or dehydration.

• 4) Cleans machine, using brush, scraper, and airhose.
