Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that staples basket hoops and slats together: Places spools of wire on wire holders and draws wire through machine guides and slots in stapling heads.

• 2) Inserts end of hoop strips into slots on basket-shaped form and positions veneer stave between stops on form.

• 3) Depresses pedal to start machine that staples hoop strips and strand of wire to stave and rotates form into position for succeeding staves.
