Job Description:

• 1) Tends battery of rotary or oscillating screens that segregate vegetables, such as peas and beets, according to size: Starts motors to activate screens and observes peas passing over screens to prevent clogging and overflow.

• 2) Observes signal and opens hopper gate to permit peas of specified size and grade to drop into whitening trough for decolorization.
