Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that winds sheets of selvage yarn onto spools: Positions yarn packages on creel and threads yarn from comb, through guides, stop motions, and expansion comb and laps yarn ends around takeup spool.

• 2) Starts machine and observes flow of yarn to detect breaks in yarn.

• 3) Stops machine and pieces up broken ends.

• 4) Doffs full spools of selvage yarn from machine.
