Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in promoting and selling beer and other malt liquors for wholesale distributor: Accompanies workers on visits to customers to evaluate work performance, ascertain customer problems, and detect market trends.

• 2) Reviews sales orders and records of new and delinquent accounts to ascertain market conditions and status of customers' accounts.

• 3) Compiles sales figures and reports problems to management.

• 4) Confers with management and sales personnel to formulate plans for meeting competition and improving sales.

• 5) Adjusts customers' complaints.
