Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that spreads knit tubing from rope form to full width and winds it into rolls preparatory to further processing: Pulls knit tubing over spreader and wraps end around takeup roll.

• 2) Starts machine and observes cloth to detect splices.

• 3) Stops machine and separates joined ends, using shears, or by raveling seams with fingers.

• 4) Lifts roll out of machine.
