Job Description:

• 1) Reconditions defective motors and generators of electric buses: Lifts propulsion motors or generators onto worktable, using chain hoist.

• 2) Disassembles defective units, using handtools.

• 3) Inspects parts to determine required repairs.

• 4) Repairs or replaces worn and defective parts, such as carbon brushes, cables, and connecting wires.

• 5) Reassembles motors and generators.

• 6) Tests circuitry, using testing lamp.
