Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that automatically rolls, cuts to size, and twists dough to form pretzels and conveys them to oven: Turns knobs to adjust machine to roll and cut dough to specified thickness and length.

• 2) Loads dough into machine hopper and starts machine.

• 3) Observes processing of dough through machine to detect broken or misformed pretzels.

• 4) Stops machine to clear jams.

• 5) May be designated according to type of pretzel formed as Pretzel-Stick-Machine Operator.
