• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in relining aluminum-reduction pots with carbon paste to form cathode.

• 2) Inspects work to verify conformance to standards.

• 3) Trains new workers in job duties.

• 4) Performs duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
