Job Description:

• 1) Photographs newsworthy events, locations, people, or other illustrative or educational material for use in publications or telecasts, using still cameras: Travels to assigned location and takes pictures.

• 2) Develops negatives and prints film.

• 3) Submits negatives and pictures to editorial personnel.

• 4) Usually specializes in one phase of photography, as news, sports, special features, or as freelance photographer.
