Job Description:

• 1) Operates photographic equipment to align and expose mask circuit pattern with photoresist-coated semiconductor wafer to produce image of circuit pattern on wafer surface: Inserts mask into aligning equipment.

• 2) Places wafer in wafer holders, such as chuck or conveyor, using tweezers or vacuum wand, to load aligning equipment.

• 3) Presses buttons to position wafers underneath microscope and aligning head.

• 4) Observes wafer through microscope and turns knobs to align mask with index points on wafer.

• 5) Presses button to activate wafer exposing cycle.

• 6) Maintains production records.
