Job Description:

• 1) Removes watch parts from metal polishing blocks, utilizing one of following methods: Heats block on hot plate to melt shellac, and pushes parts off block, using spatula, or holds block upside down and blows parts off block, using compressed airhose.

• 2) Heats and places block upside down on bed of handpress.

• 3) Lowers ram to force parts out.

• 4) Places blocks in caustic solution to dissolve shellac and loosen parts.
