Job Description:

• 1) Adjusts passing hollow and sizes jewel-hole slots of pallets, using holding fixture and burnishing wheel: Locates pallet over hole in fixture.

• 2) Pushes pallet into stop against V-shaped lap to adjust passing hollow.

• 3) Holds pallet against carbide burnisher to size jewel slots according to specified width and depth.

• 4) Turns fixture during burnishing to round walls of jewel slot.
