Job Description:

• 1) Tends hydraulic press that extracts oil from cloth-covered cakes of oilseed meat: Lifts cakes from cake-forming tray, using metal pan, shoves cakes into compartments of press, and withdraws empty pan.

• 2) Turns handwheel to raise hydraulic ram that presses cakes to extract oil from cake.
