Job Description:

• 1) Repairs needle board by replacing defective needles: Positions needle board on repair rack or bench.

• 2) Pulls out dull, broken, or bent needles with pliers.

• 3) Reverses board and inserts new barbed needles into drilled holes and hammers them tight.

• 4) May prepare new needle boards by inserting needles according to specified pattern.
