Job Description:

• 1) Changes metal inserts in molds for rubber soles according to size and pattern indicated on worksheet: Selects designated insert, places insert in cavity of mold, and taps it with plastic hammer to wedge it securely in mold.

• 2) Taps insert through holes in bottom of mold to remove it, using punch and hammer.

• 3) Replaces inserts in designated bins.
