Job Description:

• 1) Teaches one or more phases of medical technology to students of medicine, medical technology, or nursing arts, or to INTERNS: Organizes and directs medical technology training program.

• 2) Formulates curriculums, outlines course materials, and establishes criteria in other matters affecting education and welfare of students.

• 3) Develops educational policies concerning teaching methods.

• 4) Supervises other instructors.

• 5) May act as liaison officer between college or university and laboratory or hospital to coordinate academic and clinical training.

• 6) May specialize in teaching one phase of medical technology.
