Job Description:

• 1) Inspects metal alloy pen ball points for defects: Picks up ball point with tweezer and places it under microscopic lens to examine for holes or other flaws.

• 2) Measures approximately every 40th point with micrometer to determine if specifications are met and removes rejects.

• 3) May test ballpoint pens and refills for conformity to specifications, using centrifuge, magnifying glass, and microscope.
