Job Description:

• 1) Provides telephone inquirers with information concerning activities and programs of automobile club: Provides information on matters, such as traffic engineering and motor-vehicle safety, applicable motor vehicle laws, licensing regulations, automobile insurance and financing, and legal actions.

• 2) Receives and records complaints on road conditions.

• 3) Participates in traffic surveys.

• 4) May specialize in assisting members file insurance claims for motor vehicle property damage and be designated Claims And Insurance Information Clerk, Automobile Club.
