Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that coats baked products with premixed icing: Loads machine hopper with icing, using scoop.

• 2) Starts machine and places products to be iced on conveyor.

• 3) Turns valve on hopper to regulate flow of icing.

• 4) May be designated according to product iced as Bread Icer, Machine; Cake Icer, Machine; Doughnut Icer, Machine; Pie Icer, Machine; Roll Icer, Machine.
