Job Description:

• 1) Drives electric car to haul hot coke from oven to quenching station and wharf: Positions dumpcar coupled to electric car below coke guide on designated oven.

• 2) Signals PUSHER OPERATOR to discharge coke.

• 3) Moves car forward to distribute coke evenly in car.

• 4) Transports coke to quenching station, and starts equipment that sprays hot coke with measured amount of water.

• 5) Moves car to wharf, and turns air valve to open gates on car and dump coke on wharf.

• 6) Cleans cab and cab windows, using cleaning agents, broom, and brushes.
