Job Description:

• 1) Tends equipment that distributes and screens sugar: Opens hopper gates, and starts, reverses, or stops feed scrolls to distribute sugar to bulk systems and packing station.

• 2) Adjusts feed of sugar to rotating screens that separate sugar crystals, according to size.

• 3) Collects samples of grists for laboratory analysis.
