Job Description:

• 1) Sorts and stacks hats, according to color, size, and style, for further processing: Pulls hat over marked plug to measure hat size.

• 2) Marks size in hat crown, using pencil or crayon.

• 3) Stacks hats on shelf, according to color, size, and style specified.

• 4) May compare and sort hats for height of crown and width of brim.

• 5) May place adhesive-backed size and brand label in hat.

• 6) May place inverted hat body over steam tank to remove excess gloss.
