• 1) Completes assembly of harps and tunes them: Screws action to neck, using handtools.

• 2) Inserts tuning pins in neck.

• 3) Knots each string between soundboard and tuning pin.

• 4) Adjusts tuning pins and regulating disks to tune instrument, using handtools and electronic tuning device.
