Job Description:

• 1) Removes excess metal from inside rim of balance wheel, using radius file: Positions wheel in slot of work jig filing plate.

• 2) Files excess metal between arm and inside rim of wheel to obtain specified balance of wheel, using file and loupe.

• 3) Inspects wheels to ensure conformance to specifications.

• 4) Shapes files on emery wheel.
