Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that cuts internal threads in pen or mechanical pencil barrels: Positions and aligns pen or pencil barrel in holding device of machine.

• 2) Inserts threading tap into spindle of machine and turns lever to secure tap.

• 3) Presses switch to start machine.

• 4) Moves lever or depresses pedal that advances pen or pencil barrel onto rotating tap that cuts internal threads in barrel.
