Job Description:

• 1) Tends machines that clean and grade seed corn: Starts machines and opens chute gate to permit corn to flow through series of vibrating screens.

• 2) Adjusts chute slides to regulate flow of corn to reciprocating screens and revolving cylinders that separate corn kernels, according to width, thickness, and length.

• 3) Examines graded kernels for uniformity, using test screen.

• 4) Replaces defective screens and cylinders.
