Job Description:

• 1) Examines and grades dressed poultry: Removes dressed poultry from conveyor, and examines color of skin, feels poultry for presence of bruises, deformities, and pin feathers, and grades accordingly for quality and size.

• 2) Sorts poultry into specified containers according to grade.

• 3) May weigh filled containers and record weight of each grade of poultry.
