Job Description:

• 1) Moves racks of food packages into and out of freezing room: Wheels portable racks filled with food packages and fresh meat into freezing room for freezing.

• 2) Records identifying data, such as brand name, package sizes, and time of entry in freezing room.

• 3) Feels packages after specified time to test solidity of freeze.

• 4) Notifies supervisor when specified quotas are filled, and when temperature fluctuates, or outside air leaks into freezing compartments.

• 5) Pulls racks from freezing room with power winch when wheels are frozen.
