Job Description:

• 1) Compiles and computes amounts and costs of food bought and sold from records of CASHIER II and other summaries.

• 2) Operates calculating machine to compute profit or loss on each item of food or beverages sold in restaurant and individual departments and records data to keep perpetual inventory.
