Job Description:

• 1) Sprays padding solution in formed skins with hose to produce automotive padded products, such as dashboards and door panels: Positions cardboard inserts at defroster locations and ignition cluster to prevent buckling during cure.

• 2) Positions metal reinforcement panels at clusters and edges of product to be cured into skin.

• 3) Dispenses solution in specified areas of skin and pours solution from cardboard containers around clusters and metal panels to prevent overflow.
