Job Description:

• 1) Tends machines that blend and sift flour, and conveyors that carry flour between machines: Starts screw conveyors or turns valves on feed chutes to transfer flour from storage bins to mixing machine, or dumps designated bags of flour into hopper of machine.

• 2) Starts machine to mix flour and pulls lever to open gate and allow blended flour to flow from machine.

• 3) Starts separator that sifts mixed flour to remove lumps.

• 4) Starts conveyors that transfer blended and sifted flour to packing machine.
