Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that removes heads, fins, viscera, and tails from fish preparatory to canning: Starts machine and conveyor system.

• 2) Positions fish on feed table and aligns head with cutting knife.

• 3) Places beheaded fish in machine feed trough and pushes tail into teeth of fish cleaning machine.

• 4) Pulls lever to regulate speed of conveyors.

• 5) May replace worn knives, using handtools.
