Job Description:

• 1) Tends machine that pumps ink into tubes to permeate marking pen fillers or fills ballpoint refills, using any of following methods: Places fillers in tubes and inserts nozzle of filler machine into tube and pushes button to start machine that pumps specified amount of ink into tubes.

• 2) Inserts cotton filler into cartridge tube by hand.

• 3) Places tube into holding device of inking machine.

• 4) Depresses pedal to start filling mechanism.

• 5) Fills hopper of machine with refill components for ballpoint pen.

• 6) Starts machine that automatically fills tube with ink, joins ballpoint to inked tube, and crimps tube to seal ink in tube.
