Job Description:

• 1) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in manufacturing needle felt: Sets up machines to make experimental samples.

• 2) Observes operation of machines to detect malfunction and adjusts machines, using handtools.

• 3) Trains new workers.

• 4) Requisitions materials.

• 5) Inspects work of operators to verify conformity to specifications.

• 6) Directs delivery of finished goods to coating or shipping department.

• 7) Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
