Job Description:

• 1) Tends mixing machine that mixes feathers for use in stuffing household goods, such as pillows, and cushions: Weighs specified amounts of various grades of feathers and dumps feathers into mixing machine.

• 2) Attaches bags to discharge chutes of machine and starts pump which sucks blended feathers into bags.

• 3) May mix feathers, using pitchfork.

• 4) May sew tops of filled bags.

• 5) May attach identifying tags.
