Job Description:

• 1) Computes yardage and determines number of accessories, such as belts, linings, and labels, required in manufacture of women's garments: Reads cutting ticket to determine number of belts, buttons, labels, and amount of lining required for each style garment.

• 2) Computes number of yards of material used for each style garment to ascertain number of yards per dozen.

• 3) Types copies of cutting tickets and orders for various dressmaker's supplies.

• 4) Keeps records of patterns.
