Job Description:

• 1) Feeds conveyor and loads bones into tank of machine that extracts grease.

• 2) Closes tank and seals cover.

• 3) Rakes bones from tank after extraction process.

• 4) Removes burlap filter from bottom of tank and washes and replaces filter.
