Job Description:

• 1) Rides racehorses to exercise and condition them for racing: Rides racehorse during workout and training races, following specific instructions of training personnel.

• 2) Informs training personnel of horses' temperament, peculiarities, and physical condition as demonstrated during exercise so that training plans can be modified to prepare horse for racing.
